Our Factory

The Factory is located in the Haikou Industrial Park, Kunming, Yunnan province, covering an area of 243.3 acres. As of December 2021, the company had 201 registered employees, including 45 professional and technical personnel. currently has a welding and assembly workshop, a painting workshop, a final assembly workshop, a inspection workshop, a test track, and public utility facilities. The company has the production qualification for medium and large-sized modified passenger vehicles and specialized vehicles, such as electric pickup trucks, logistics vehicles, water sprinklers, refrigerated trucks, garbage trucks, RVs, and ambulances. The company also has the production qualification for electric motorcycles, and obtained the production qualification for electric tricycles in March 2021, and started mass sales of electric tricycles in May 2021.

The production line follows the process layout of "welding-assembly, painting, final assembly, and inspection" for the entire vehicle manufacturing process, and is equipped with typical equipment for whole vehicle production, such as uncoiling lines, shearing machines, punching presses, final assembly fixtures, skin stretching and pulling machines, robot automatic welding, electrophoresis, putty scraping, polishing, foaming, spraying, baking, tire mounting, lifting and joining welding, rain simulation line, whole vehicle testing line, standard test track, and more. The company has an annual production capacity of 2,000 advanced diesel, clean energy, and new energy passenger vehicles, 3,000 specialized vehicles, 20,000 cargo box conversions, 20,000 electric pickup trucks, and 100,000 electric tricycles.
